- Develop and execute a 2026 innovation strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive trends and market shifts
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with corporate vision
- Manage a $10M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management or strategic planning within tech
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong financial modeling and budget management skills
- Experience scaling high-growth teams in dynamic environments
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., CDIO, PDMA) preferred
