- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic vision with measurable KPIs and implementation roadmaps

- Identify emerging market trends and competitive threats through data-driven analysis
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $50M+ R&D budget allocation for 2026 initiatives
- Mentor senior directors in future-proofing their technology portfolios
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ at executive level (CTO/CSO/CPO preferred)
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, synthetic biology)
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution with specialization in innovation management
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Experience scaling teams from 50 to 500+ professionals
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
