Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology foresight frameworks through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation product architectures
- Produce annual innovation whitepapers and competitive disruption reports
- Advise on regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships with research institutions
- Present future-vision briefings to investors and board members
- Mentor innovation teams on long-term strategic thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodology
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
