Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-adjacent technologies
- Conduct horizon-scanning for disruptive trends in biotech and AI
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic stakeholder engagement
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFIP)
- Portfolio of 2026+ strategic frameworks implemented
