Responsibilities

- Design scenario-planning frameworks for 3-5 year strategic pivots
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions and business models
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs and metrics for future-readiness and innovation adoption
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging business paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong data analysis and predictive modeling skills
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategy
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Economics, or relevant field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
