Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic roadmaps using scenario planning and horizon scanning techniques
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for market disruption potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof organizational priorities
- Author trend reports and whitepapers on industry evolution and competitive landscapes
- Design risk mitigation frameworks for systemic threats (climate, geopolitical, technological)
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects targeting 2026-2030 breakthroughs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience leading high-impact projects with C-level stakeholders
