Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-specific decarbonization roadmaps aligned with IPCC scenarios
- Lead stakeholder engagement across C-suite, investors, and regulatory bodies
- Architect AI-driven sustainability analytics platforms for real-time impact tracking
- Drive circular economy innovation through supply chain optimization
- Shape corporate climate disclosures aligned with ISSB standards
- Manage $5M+ sustainability technology portfolio
- Mentor cross-functional teams on sustainability best practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with climate action focus
- Expertise in TCFD/ISSB frameworks and carbon accounting
- Proven track record in ESG transformation projects
- Strong proficiency in sustainability software (SAP EHS, Watershed)
- Certification in LEED, GRI, or SASB standards
- Experience with policy advocacy at federal/state levels
- Demonstrated ability to lead virtual/distributed teams
