You'll report directly to our Chief Innovation Officer and lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and business strategists.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology commercialization strategy aligned with market trends
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future tech applications
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $10M annually
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, patents, and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech trends (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
