You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley pioneers, and government innovation labs to pioneer breakthroughs that redefine human potential.
Responsibilities
- Develop technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 by analyzing emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and neurotech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business strategists
- Identify and vet breakthrough technologies through patent analysis and startup partnerships
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation ecosystem
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Published research or patents in future technologies
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
