Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technology trends (2025-2030) through quantitative research and scenario planning
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and decentralized technologies
- Lead workshops with executive teams to align innovation priorities with market evolution
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and human-machine collaboration
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and technologies for potential partnerships
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of technology trend analysis with published insights
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects or publications
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
