Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on 2026+ future tech forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurology from Tier 1 institution
- Published author in Nature/Science on emerging technology implications
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to global implementation
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, biocomputing, nanotech)
- Security clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
