Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the comprehensive technical roadmap for 2026, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals.
- Design and implement complex distributed AI systems capable of handling real-time data streams.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct architectural reviews and technical decision-making to mitigate risks associated with emerging AI technologies.
- Collaborate with product management to translate future requirements into concrete technical specifications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience leading large-scale engineering teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and data governance.
