Responsibilities
- Lead strategic R&D initiatives targeting 2026 technology breakthroughs
- Direct cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling quantum/AI solutions
- Drive patent development (minimum 15 filings annually) in emerging tech
- Partner with VCs to secure $20M+ in innovation funding
- Present at Davos-style summits on future tech trends
- Mentor PhD-level researchers in cutting-edge methodologies
- Oversee compliance with emerging AI ethics frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 3+ leadership roles
- Published research in Nature/Science journals (min. 5 papers)
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, and biotech
- Track record of scaling technologies to $100M+ valuation
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Active contributor to IEEE/ISO standards committees
