- Manage a global team of 15+ researchers and engineers across 4 continents

- Drive patent portfolio expansion targeting 50+ filings by 2026
- Present quarterly innovation progress to board of directors and key investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics with 8+ years tech leadership
- Proven track record delivering 3+ breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Experience managing $5M+ R&D budgets and cross-functional global teams
