Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and immersive experiences
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of futurists, engineers, and designers to develop next-gen digital solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year horizon impacts, including AR/VR convergence and neuromorphic computing
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers to pioneer breakthrough innovations
- Develop ethical frameworks and governance protocols for autonomous systems and AI decision-making
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and board members, translating complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR, neuromorphic systems, or biotech integration
- Track record of launching disruptive products with 10+ year market vision
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies preferred
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Experience scaling innovation teams across multiple continents
- Certification in AI governance or ethical technology frameworks
