- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and emerging market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate and evaluate futuristic concepts
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Create executive-level briefings on technology implications and competitive positioning
- Oversee the development of proof-of-concept projects for breakthrough technologies
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic innovation success and ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, Quantum, Biotech, etc.)
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with C-suite executive experience
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
