Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen human-AI collaborative systems for 2026+ digital ecosystems
- Lead development of quantum-encrypted neural interface protocols
- Design sustainable AI frameworks with carbon-negative computing models
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams of futurists, engineers, and ethicists
- Drive prototyping of autonomous swarm intelligence solutions
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emergent technologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or human-computer interaction
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural interfaces, swarm AI, or spatial computing
- Portfolio demonstrating work on future-facing tech prototypes
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience leading cross-functional R&D teams in agile environments
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, or quantum programming languages
