Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic AI roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead R&D initiatives in generative AI, quantum machine learning, and predictive analytics
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate future trends into actionable business strategies
- Develop patent-pending AI frameworks for ethical autonomous decision systems
- Present visionary concepts at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Mentor a team of 12+ engineers and researchers in emerging tech domains
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and top universities
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 10+ years in R&D leadership (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science on neural networks or quantum computing
- Proven track record of launching AI products with >$100M ARR impact
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and causal inference
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or neuromorphic engineering
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of 3+ patents or open-source projects with 10K+ GitHub stars
