Responsibilities

- Architect ethical governance models for autonomous decision systems
- Identify commercialization pathways for lab-to-market breakthrough technologies
- Build strategic partnerships with academic research institutions and government labs
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to executive stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio allocation for emerging tech incubation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0, horizon scanning)
- Published research in Nature/Science/IEEE on future technologies
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams of 50+ scientists
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, Rust preferred)
