Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) with 2026 market impact
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating emerging tech with business objectives
- Partner with C-suite to align futuristic vision with product development pipelines
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning frameworks for stakeholders
- Curate and lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026-ready solutions
- Establish metrics to track emerging technology adoption curves and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing tech roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong data storytelling skills with ability to visualize complex futures
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology disruption
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field
