Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and AI-driven market modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing, biotech, and AI research institutions
- Author disruptive technology whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Design ethical governance protocols for emerging technologies including generative AI and neural interfaces
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Innovation Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3 infrastructure
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning) and data visualization tools
- Track record of securing $5M+ in innovation funding or launching category-defining products
