Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant encryption and autonomous systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market readiness
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation portfolios with long-term ESG objectives
- Present strategic frameworks to global stakeholders including Fortune 500 partners
- Author white papers on AI governance frameworks for 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrated impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or bio-integrated AI
- Proven track record of securing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Published author in IEEE or Nature Technology Review
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin or German advantageous for global partnerships
