Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 with emphasis on ethical AI and quantum integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen digital experiences
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, Web4.0) for competitive advantage
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and quantum security protocols
- Partner with venture capital team to identify and evaluate disruptive startup investments
- Present strategic briefings to board members and government technology councils
- Mentor internal talent in future-focused technical skills and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI, or neurotech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or similar high-impact journals
- Experience advising government technology policy initiatives or global tech summits
- Fluency in systems thinking, scenario planning, and probabilistic forecasting methodologies
