Responsibilities
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable AI systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (Web4.0, biocomputing, etc.)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech into commercial offerings

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in implementing quantum or AI-driven solutions
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of Web3, Web4.0, and decentralized systems
- Published research in emerging tech or innovation management
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
