Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence, blockchain 3.0, and neural interface systems
- Lead cross-functional task forces to prototype breakthrough solutions in sustainable tech and digital healthcare
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies to shape 2026 tech policy frameworks
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on exponential technologies including synthetic biology and quantum cryptography
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor a 12-person innovation lab in rapid prototyping and agile foresight methodologies
- Author quarterly white papers on technology disruption vectors for industry leaders and policymakers
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies with 8+ years in tech innovation
- Proven track record of commercializing exponential technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing algorithms, generative AI, and decentralized systems
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training (e.g., Strategic Foresight Institute)
- Experience securing federal grants and DARPA-style funding for cutting-edge research
- Exceptional storytelling skills with 50+ keynote presentations at global tech forums
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and simulation modeling tools (AnyLogic, Stella)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least two patented technologies deployed at scale
