In this pivotal position, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to transform futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions. You'll lead high-stakes initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, biotechnology integration, and sustainable tech ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with market evolution and corporate vision
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) into product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for futuristic tech domains
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption curves and market disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Strong data modeling and predictive analytics skills
- Experience with strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- PhD or Master's in relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Biotech) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in technology innovation management preferred
