- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and ambient AI systems

- Translate complex technological trends into executive-ready insights
- Oversee incubation of prototype projects in our FutureTech Lab

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Deep expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology, Web3
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Published author or recognized thought leader in tech futurism
