Responsibilities
- Design and prototype scalable architectures for 2026 technology ecosystems (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI autonomy)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech integration across enterprise operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to validate future-state solutions
- Present technological foresight insights to C-suite stakeholders and industry partners
- Author white papers on future tech implications for business and society
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture or R&D with proven impact on future-facing projects
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership on technological evolution (papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in agile environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools and scenario planning frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-tech solutions
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
