Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.

- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of planning and executing multi-year technology transitions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
