Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous systems integration
- Collaborate with C-suite to translate futuristic visions into actionable business strategies
- Establish innovation KPIs and measure impact on organizational growth and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and autonomous system governance
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation journals
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Technology Impact Assessment
