Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3-year market impact
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through competitive analysis and trend forecasting
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders using data-driven scenario modeling
- Establish innovation KPIs and track technology adoption maturity curves
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing features in core offerings
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and technology assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5-year+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or Web3 infrastructure
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Track record of launching technologies achieving $50M+ market impact
- Advanced proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies preferred
