Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual technology foresight reports predicting market trends through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to evaluate emerging tech viability (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology roadmaps to investors and executive leadership quarterly
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment timelines
- Build and lead a team of futurist analysts and researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurism roles
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends (include 2+ validated predictions)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on innovation strategy
- Strong data visualization and narrative storytelling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
