Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for post-quantum encryption and AGI integration
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats/opportunities in neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, CERN, and other innovation hubs
- Author white papers on ethical frameworks for 2026 technology adoption
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'FutureShapers' program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering (or equivalent industry breakthrough)
- 7+ years experience in technology strategy at FAANG or unicorn-scale companies
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Proficiency in predictive analytics tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
