- Partner with R&D to align emerging tech investments with long-term vision
- Create annual 'State of the Future' reports for board and investor briefings
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
