Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies, market trends, and socio-economic shifts
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify opportunities and risks in future business landscapes
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic solutions against market readiness
- Present strategic forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs to measure future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive partnerships
- Author thought leadership content positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future-shaping force
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, Quantum, Biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to articulate complex future scenarios
- Track record of executing future-focused strategies with measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience working with executive teams in high-growth tech environments
