Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design the long-term technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Advanced Cloud) and integrating them into our architecture.
- System Architecture: Lead the design of complex, distributed systems that can handle next-gen workloads and massive scalability requirements.
- Future Tech Integration: Oversee the pilot programs and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies to assess viability and impact.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and forward-thinking problem-solving.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex futuristic concepts into clear business value propositions for executive leadership and investors.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-proof architectures adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Software Architecture, System Engineering, or IT Strategy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Visionary Skills: Proven track record of identifying and implementing future tech trends before they become mainstream.
- Leadership: Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
