Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Architect a comprehensive vision for AI integration, focusing on AGI, predictive analytics, and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Lead Advanced R&D: Spearhead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs), neural interfaces, and edge computing to stay ahead of industry trends.
- System Architecture & Security: Design robust, scalable AI infrastructures that adhere to the highest security standards, ensuring data integrity and privacy in a quantum-ready world.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business initiatives.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a world-class team of AI researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate technical roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for long-term strategic investments.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Expertise in AI/ML: Deep understanding of modern AI paradigms including Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Architectural Mastery: Proven experience designing complex, distributed systems at scale, with a focus on performance and fault tolerance.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future technology trends and translate them into actionable product strategies.
- Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior architect or CTO role.
- Programming Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
