Responsibilities
- Design Hybrid Architectures: Create robust system designs that seamlessly integrate classical AI models with quantum processing units (QPUs) for complex problem-solving.
- Algorithm Development: Develop and optimize quantum algorithms specifically tailored for machine learning inference and optimization tasks.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and resilience in a post-quantum era.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, physicists, and security experts to translate theoretical research into production-ready software.
- Security & Compliance: Implement post-quantum cryptographic standards to ensure data integrity and privacy in emerging systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Java; hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Azure Quantum.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of machine learning paradigms (Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning) and quantum algorithms (QAOA, Grover's Search).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, undefined technical problems and design scalable solutions for high-volume data.
