- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments on machine learning models
- Design stakeholder engagement protocols for transparent AI decision-making
- Lead cross-functional working groups on AI ethics and regulatory compliance
- Create educational materials for teams on responsible AI development practices
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in industry forums and regulatory discussions
- Monitor emerging AI ethics legislation and adapt strategies proactively
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible technology roles
- Proven experience developing ethical AI frameworks for production systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation techniques for ML models
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published work or significant contributions to AI ethics discourse
- Experience with stakeholder management in tech or policy environments
