Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI evolution, identifying emerging trends in AGI, multimodal learning, and quantum computing integration.
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure AI infrastructure that can handle petabyte-scale data processing in real-time.
- Research & Development: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives to push the boundaries of natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and excellence.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Ensure all deployed models adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and data privacy regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and executive teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tooling. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical, production-grade engineering.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
