Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in 2026
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models
- Create transparency documentation for automated decision-making processes
- Lead stakeholder consultations on AI ethics with policymakers and industry consortiums
- Design audit protocols for AI systems in high-stakes domains (healthcare, finance, autonomous systems)
- Proactively identify emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and predictive analytics
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience developing ethical guidelines for generative AI or autonomous systems
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies with diverse stakeholder groups
- Publishing record in AI ethics or responsible technology journals
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
