Responsibilities

- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies across ML pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical design principles into AI systems
- Author policy whitepapers for regulatory bodies on emerging AI risks
- Lead stakeholder workshops with industry leaders on responsible AI adoption
- Monitor global AI ethics legislation and translate requirements into technical standards
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, algorithmic governance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection tools (Aequitas, IBM Fairness 360)
- Published research on AI ethics or technology philosophy
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in ML system architecture and deployment
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
