Responsibilities

- Research emerging ethical challenges in quantum computing and neurotech
- Partner with legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance for future AI applications
- Create educational materials on responsible AI for internal teams
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible tech roles
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation and fairness algorithms
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global regulations
- Strong background in participatory design and stakeholder engagement
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Experience with quantum computing or neuro-ethical frameworks preferred
