Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI on emerging technology investments
- Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
