Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI/ML systems deployed in 2026+ tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional impact assessments for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neural interfaces)
- Develop proactive bias mitigation strategies for next-gen autonomous systems
- Advocate for ethical considerations in product roadmaps and engineering lifecycles
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption and societal adaptation
- Establish industry partnerships for ethical technology standards development
- Present findings to executive leadership and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years' experience
- Proven expertise in AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Deep understanding of emerging technology trends (2025-2030 horizon)
- Experience with bias auditing and fairness metrics in production systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Research background in value alignment or algorithmic transparency
- Published work in ethics journals or industry white papers
- Fluency in Python/R for technical validation of ethical models
