Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field with 10+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Deep understanding of machine learning model development and deployment processes
- Experience leading ethics initiatives in tech or regulated industries (healthcare, finance, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics or governance in peer-reviewed journals
- Strong background in policy analysis and regulatory compliance in technology sectors
