Qualifications
- Advanced degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years developing AI governance frameworks at Fortune 500 scale
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Proven experience conducting algorithmic bias audits and mitigation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical ethics to non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or related peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with cross-cultural AI ethics implementation across global markets
