- Mentor junior ethicists in emerging tech domains
- Collaborate with legal teams on AI regulatory strategy
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with AI focus
- 5+ years developing governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42000 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation
- Experience testifying before congressional tech committees
- Proficiency in Python for ethics auditing tool development
- CFRP (Certified Responsible AI Practitioner) certification required
