Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative models
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI deployments for bias, transparency, and compliance
- Develop governance policies for quantum computing-integrated AI systems
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies on evolving AI legislation (2026-2030 roadmap)
- Train technical teams on ethical AI implementation and risk assessment
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical design in AI lifecycle
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership roles
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global frameworks
- Published research on AI ethics or policy (peer-reviewed journals preferred)
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy techniques
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's implications for AI safety
- Proven track record of scaling ethical AI programs in enterprise environments
