Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide AI ethics frameworks aligned with IEEE 7001 and OECD principles
- Conduct bias audits for autonomous decision systems using explainable AI (XAI) methodologies
- Develop regulatory compliance strategies for emerging AI legislation across 15+ jurisdictions
- Lead stakeholder engagements with ethics boards, regulators, and civil society organizations
- Create audit trails for AI systems using blockchain-based provenance tracking
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI development practices
- Author position papers on AI ethics for industry consortiums and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years AI governance experience
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Proven track record implementing bias mitigation in production AI systems
- Published research in top-tier journals on algorithmic fairness or AI safety
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Experience managing global ethics teams across multiple time zones
- Fluency in Python and TensorFlow for ethical AI auditing workflows
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
